Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

We’re sure you will never want to return a HomecareShoppe product. However, in the unfortunate event the product you have received is damaged/wrong/expired, it can be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please send an email to info@homecareshoppe.com with images of the invoice and product along with your order number. We will respond to your email within 24 hours and arrange to send your order to you the way it was intended the first time.

Please be advised that only unused products could be returned. In no other circumstances other than mentioned hereinabove, product(s) can be returned.

Returns will not be accepted if:

1.  The Product(s) is damaged.

2.  It is without an Invoice.

3.  It has been tampered with.

4.  It is without its original packaging.

REFUND POLICY

Your refund will be initiated within 3 working days of us receiving the refund request and authorizing the refund.

Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. Your refund will be credited to the account/source used for the payment of your order within 4-8 working days after initiation. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit will depend on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
